Perminova, Associate Professor of the Department of Management, Candidate of Economic Sciences Chuprina M.O. took part in a remote international internship “Distance education: innovative methods and digital technologies”, organized by the Higher School of Business – National-Louis University in Nowy Sonch (Poland). During the internship, the following was studied: the experience of the Higher School of Business – National-Louis University regarding the implementation of distance education using the CloudA integrated IT system; organization of the educational process and training of students; innovative technologies and information support of the educational process; experience of scientific activity of the university; combination of theory and practice in the learning process; acquired knowledge in the field of technical and informational literacy.
From 01.04-30.06.2021, associate professors of the Department of Management Artemenko L.P. and Pichugin M.A. participated in the scientific and methodical online internship “Industry 4.0: modern trends in management, production and logistics”, held at the Faculty of Engineering Management of Poznan University of Technology, Poland. Summer school 2021 Industry 4.0 was held as part of the internship, where Pichugina M.A. and Artemenko L.P. conducted the training: “Leadership 4.0 – leaders in the age of Industry 4.0”.
From 01.20 to 01.31.2021, associate professor of the Department of Management Savytska O.M. completed a scientific and pedagogical internship on the topic: “Innovative educational technologies: Europian experience and its application in internship in economics and management”, organized by Konsorcjum Naukowo-Edukacyjne, Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, Poland.

Kravchenko, senior lecturer of management, Doctor of Economics Kopishinska K.O. completed a distance post-graduate international internship “International projects: writing, application, management and reporting”, organized by the University of Social Sciences (UNS) in Łódź in cooperation with the Central European Academy Studies and Certifications (CEASC) Foundation.
During the internship, the teachers got acquainted with EC, EEA funding sources, with the tools of the European Commission: H-2020.H-Europe, with the funds of the Visegrad Four: Visegrad, Visegrad+ grants, and EEA (EOG) and Norwegian grants. Internship participants studied the experience of the University of Modern Sciences (Lodz, Poland) regarding the implementation of the educational process using the distance component of education.

Associate professors of the department of management Pichugin M.A. and Artemenko L.P. underwent an internship at the Erasmus+ Staff training week on the topic “Project management in International Offices and Research Support offices” at the Ludwigsburg University of Education (Germany) in the period February 17-21, 2020.
The purpose of the internship was to increase the professional level of teachers in project management, discuss the implementation of the project “European business models: transformation, harmonization and implementation in Ukraine” No. 587138-EPP-1-2017-1-UA-EPPJMO-MODULE and develop future projects.
Maryna Anatoliivna Pichugina, associate professor of the Department of Management, completed an internship at Hatay Mustafa Kemal University from October 7, 2019 to October 11, 2019.
The goal of the internship was to improve the professional level of the teacher, as well as to discuss future inter-university projects aimed at student development and joint research.
THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM included:
- studying the experience of organizing the educational process and student training programs at Hatay Mustafa Kemal University;
- research on the use of information tools in the educational process;
- familiarization with scientific projects and scientific publications of Hatay Mustafa Kemal University;
- holding a series of lectures for Hatay Mustafa Kemal University students in English;
- participation in a round table with representatives of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.
In 2019, associate professor of the Department of Management Zhigalkevich Zh.M. completed an internship under the program: “Modern teaching methods in economics on the EU educational market”, – organized by the Higher School of Social and Economic in Przewors (Poland)
From September 17, 2018 to September 26, 2018, the head of the Department of Management, Doctor of Economics, prof. Dergacheva V.V., Associate Professor of the Department of Management, Candidate of Economic Sciences Kuznetsova K.O. and winner of the management department Chenusha O.S. completed an internship at Varna Technical University with the support of the International Association “Responsible Development” (Varna, Bulgaria) under the program “Sustainable development of society and business environment in the context of the world economy globalization”. Within this program, issues of sustainable development of society were considered as a paradigm of social growth of the 21st century. and development of the educational space in the conditions of globalization.
Associate professors of the department of management Pichugin M.A. and Artemenko L.P. completed an internship at the Czestochowa University of Technology (Republic of Poland) in April 2018. The purpose of the internship was to raise the professional level of teachers, as well as to discuss the implementation of the project “European business models: transformation, harmonization and implementation in Ukraine” No. 587138-EPP-1-2017- 1-UA-EPPJMO-MODULE and future projects aimed at the development of students and collaborative research. The internship program included studying the experience of organizing the educational process and student training programs at the Częstochowa University of Technology, consultations on the use of innovative technologies in the educational process, familiarization with scientific projects and scientific publications of the Czestochowa University of Technology.
Maryna Volodymyrivna Shkrobot, Associate Professor of the Department of Management in 2016-2017. was a scholarship recipient of the program named after Lane Kirkland in the Republic of Poland. The program is aimed at young scientists who want to implement the successful experience of transformational changes and reforms of Poland in Ukraine. The program included integration meetings in various cities of the scholarship holders’ affiliation (Krakow, Warsaw, Poznań, Lublin). During the internship, there was an opportunity to gain modern teaching experience and compare approaches to education in Polish universities. The research and defense of the scientific work took place under the leadership of Professor Dr. Witold Kvaschnytskyi at the University of Wroclaw.
From July 15 to 27, 2016, associate professors of the Department of Management Artemenko L.P. and Huk O.V. completed an internship in Heidelberg (Germany) at the Schiller International University.
From November 2 to 13, 2015, graduate student of the department Ya. Kologryvov completed an internship under the “15th STP Program” in the INNOPOLIS Foundation, Daejeon City, South Korea. Within the framework of this program, issues of creation and management of science and technology parks were considered, South Korea’s experience in building a network of science and technology parks was studied.
In October 2015, Zh. M. Zhigalkevich, associate professor of the Department of Management. completed an internship under the program: “Advanced training in the field of perspective in the research and modern methods of teaching”, Bratislava (Slovakia). The organizer of the seminar is the Academic Society named after Michal Baludyanskyi (Slovakia).
On July 16, 2015, associate professors of the Department of Management Artemenko L.P. and Pichugin M.A. participated in the international seminar “Shaping the personality of the 21st century: the influence and role of science and education”, which was held in Paris (France). The organizer of the Ukrainian House seminar at the Cultural and Information Center of the Embassy of Ukraine in Paris. In the program of the seminar: meetings of representatives of higher educational institutions of Ukraine and France, comparison of the realities of education systems, intercultural communication, exchange of experience. Within the framework of the seminar, with the assistance of the All-Ukrainian Union of Economists, a round table “Ukraine-France: directions of partnership and joint projects in the field of economic science and education” was held.
From October 18-22, 2021, associate professors of the Department of Management Artemenko L.P., Pichugina M.A. participated in the International Staff Week of the Silesian University of Technology (Poland) as part of the Erasmus+ program.
During the week, the following events took place: presentation of partner universities, international projects. The participants took an active part in seminars on the topic: “Effective webinars and digital conferences”, “Erasmus going digital – SUT perspectives of Erasmus+ program”, “Community of Inquiry – walking the tightrope”, “Intercultural Communication skills”, “Learning Transferable Skills Through Telecollaboration”, “Online assessment of the application of skills: what, why and how”. The lecturers held guest lectures with the students of the Silesian University of Technology.
On September 23-26, 2019, within the framework of the Erasmus+ teaching mobility program, a series of lectures by a teacher of the Vilnius Technical University named after Gediminas Neringa Slavinskaite. Lectures were attended by students of the Department of Management of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th years. In addition to the basics of financial analysis, Mrs. Slavinskaite paid attention to the possibilities of participation in Erasmus+ programs for students from Ukraine.
In the period from September 16 to 20, 2019, as part of the Erasmus+ teaching mobility program, a teacher from the Poznań University of Technology, Oksana Erdeli-Klyap, visited us. According to the admission program of KPI named after Igor Sikorskyi, Mrs. Erdeli-Klyap gave a lecture to students of the 2nd year management department on the topic: “Strategies and tactics of business negotiations”. The Polish colleague was pleasantly surprised by the interest of the students and thanks for the warm welcome and kind hospitality of the FMM teachers.
As part of the Erasmus+ credit mobility program, the National Technical University of Ukraine “Ihor Sikorskyi Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” teachers of the management department, associate professors Artemenko L.P., Pichugina M.A. took an active part in conducting a workshop on the topic “Cooperation, partnership, project management” with the participation of the National Erasmus + Office in Ukraine 05/28/2019. There was a discussion of cooperation and exchange of experience of partner universities on youth participation in international leadership development programs, recognition study results, opening of the competition, selection of participants, electronic document flow, encouragement of master’s and postgraduate students to participate in the Erasmus+ program, mobility and support of foreign students.
The lecturers of the management department, associate professors Artemenko L.P., Pichugina M.A.V., took part in the International staff week of the University of Luxembourg from 04.01-05.2019 under the Erasmus+ credit mobility program. During the past week, the following events took place: presentation of partner universities, seminars on “Digitalisation Erasmus Without Paper”, “Multilingualism”, “Luxembourgish course”, video conference with representatives of the European Commission “European Universities – New Erasmus+ Program 2021-2027 with a focus on European Universities”, “The International Dimension in Higher Education with a focus on ICM”, visit to the Learning Center of Luxemburg University, Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance, Faculty of
Science, Technology and Communication, presentation of Social Media Strategy.
From November 8, 2019 to November 13, 2019, the head of the Department of Management, Doctor of Economics, prof. Dergacheva V.V., visited the People’s Republic of China to participate in the conferences “2019 China (Zhejiang) Global Science and Technology Precision Cooperation and ANSO* Young Scientist Exchange Program” and “The Belt and Road Precise Business Matchmaking Conference on Innovative Resources” with the aim exchange of experience regarding the prospects of scientific research and cooperation.
Associate Professors of the Department of Management Artemenko L.P., Pichugina M.A. as part of the Erasmus+ teaching mobility program, she completed an internship at İstanbul Şehir Universitesi (Republic of Turkey) from May 7, 2018 to May 11, 2018. The goal of the internship was to increase the professional level of teachers. The internship program included studying the experience of organizing the educational process and student training programs, consulting on the use of innovative technologies in the educational process, familiarization with scientific projects of the City University of Istanbul. Docent M.A. Pichugina lectures and seminars were held in English for bachelor’s and master’s students on the following topics: Scientific research methods in project activity; European Model of Business Excellence. Docent L.P. Artemenko held lectures and workshops in English for bachelors and masters on the topics: “Implementation of business models design”; “Scientific research methods in project activity”. The teachers also took an active part in the “Business Research Seminar” for international students of the evening course. During the internship Artemenko L.P., Pichugina M.A. visited the job fair organized on the territory of the university. In addition, she attended lectures by Turkish professors, which were held in English and Turkish.
