Work plan of the circle for the 1st semester 2021-2022


The “Managerial Talent Management” group is designed to help future managers better appreciate the basics of the theory and practice of the perfect work of managers of any rank, who are employed in both line and functional positions. Regardless of the industry, the form of ownership, the position held by the manager, the principles of employee talent management, the organization of their work are universal and therefore can be useful to young professionals during adaptation at work in any organization or institution.


PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH

The group’s scientific interests include the following modern problems:

  • The main areas of activity and the role of the manager in the organization’s talent management
  • Application of innovation-oriented talent management in IT project teams
  • Ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise on the basis of talent management benchmarking
  • Development of talent management methods: aspect of self-organization
  • Formation of the organizational and economic mechanism of talent management in ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise in the conditions of an unstable environment
  • Development of mechanisms for improving labor productivity using OKR (abbreviation for “Objectives and Key Results”, Objectives and Key Results)
  • The motivational mechanism in the company’s talent management system and ways to improve it
  • Management of personnel turnover at small and medium- sized IT enterprises
  • Application of the competence approach in human resources management
  • Qualified personnel as a component of the competitiveness of a modern enterprise
  • Corporate methods of implementing time management
  • Reasons and factors for the release of personnel in modern economic conditions of Ukraine
  • Recruitment: creating a database of qualified candidates 

The members of our circle have repeatedly been winners at all-Ukrainian and international Olympiads, all-Ukrainian competitions of scientific works, have spoken at numerous scientific and practical conferences, and are authors of scientific articles.
