Admission to the postgraduate course is carried out in accordance with the Regulations on the preparation of higher education applicants for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the postgraduate course of KPI named after Igor Sikorskyi and Rules of admission to the National Technical University of Ukraine “Ihor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” in 2023 .
