JEAN MONNET – RESULTS

RESULTS

All the activities of the project team led to the achievement of the following set of results:

Increasing the level of knowledge about the EU.

The level of knowledge about the EU market and the advantages of the European business model among a mixed audience (teachers/researchers/entrepreneurs; students (economists, managers, engineers, biomedicine and languages); PhDs/postgraduates, university authorities/business) was expanded and deepened. The average increase in knowledge was 51.1%, which indicated the great interest of the participants in the proposed topics and the desire to learn more about European business models, as well as their implementation in Ukraine.

Changes in the labor market.

Participation in trainings and other activities conducted by the project team contributed to changes in the labor market and educational space through the motivation of employment and self-employment of students. Thus, 12 participants noted an increase in their professionalism when working in business structures, 7 started their own business, 18 continued their education and development of entrepreneurial skills in other projects and programs, in particular the YEP program and the “Creative Raisin” competition.

Changing the worldview of students from the ORDLO zone.

Educational assistance was provided to students from the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine, especially if they were interested in the project’s activities (in accordance with the KPI policy on supporting persons who have resettled from the temporarily occupied territory). 19 students from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine indicated a positive change in their attitude towards European integration processes.

The results of the research conducted by the project team were developed in the scientific guidance of 19 diploma theses of students who participated in the trainings and are co-authors of the projects.
