TERMS OF ENTRY 2023
The department of enterprise management prepares higher education candidates for the degree of doctor of philosophy in the specialty 073 Management on the basis of the obtained higher education of the master’s degree and lasts 4 years for day/evening (with a break from production) and part -time (without a break from production) forms of education .
Admission to postgraduate studies takes place on a competitive basis, regardless of the form of education and sources of funding of studies, in accordance with the Conditions of admission to higher education institutions approved by the Ministry of Education and Culture, and the current Rules of admission to the University. The financing of the training of candidates for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy is carried out:
- at the expense of state budget expenditures (state order);
- for the funds of individuals and/or legal entities (on the terms of the contract, in particular for the funds of grants received by the institution of higher education for the conduct of scientific research, which is intended to train applicants for the degree of doctor of philosophy).
The number of graduate students, whose training is carried out outside the state order, is determined by the Academic Council, taking into account the license volume at the third level of higher education, as well as the ability to provide qualified scientific guidance and the educational needs of graduate students in the specialty 073 Management.
Preparation at the graduate school involves the implementation of the relevant educational and scientific or scientific program of the University in the specialty 073 Management and conducting one’s own scientific research. Postgraduate students conduct scientific research in accordance with an individual plan of scientific work , which defines the content, deadlines and volume of scientific works, as well as the planned period of defense of the dissertation during the period of preparation in graduate school. Defense of scientific achievements of a graduate student in a specialized academic council is the final stage of training in graduate school.
Admission to the graduate program of the University of foreigners and stateless persons takes place in accordance with the terms of admission. These conditions are specified in the appendix to the Rules of admission to National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”- https://kpi.ua/en/phd
Foreigners and stateless persons (hereinafter referred to as foreigners) may obtain higher education at the expense of individuals and/or legal entities, unless otherwise provided by international treaties of Ukraine, the binding consent of which has been granted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, legislation or agreements between institutions of higher education on international academic mobility.
Admission to postgraduate studies of foreigners and stateless persons is carried out by the Center for International Education of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute
