‼️✅ From June 28 to July 28, 2025, Nadiia Katula, an MBA student, participated in the full four-week LISS program at the University of Leeds, in Leeds, Great Britain🇬🇧 .
✅👍 Nadiia studied two modules: Management and Photography. Here is a direct quote from the participant: “There were many options, but these two areas interested me the most. Each course lasted two weeks, so I was able to combine both practical and creative skills😌
🎉🎉🎉In addition to classes, the program also included several excursions to various cities in England (for example, London, Liverpool, Manchester).
Overall, the trip left an incredible impression! I met many students from different countries, learned more about their cultures, improved my English, and gained valuable knowledge from the university’s lecturers.” #🤩
August 19-26, 2025, Sofiia Hudzovska, ClimeART training course, Vienna
‼️🎉 Sofiia Hudzovska, an MBA student, participated in the Erasmus+ project #ClimeArt in the summer of 2025, which took place in Vienna, 🇦🇹.
✅👍From August 19 to 26, 2025, the ClimeART training course, sponsored by the Erasmus+ program, was held in Vienna. The main goal of the training was to explore climate change and connect it with art. Over the week, 25 participants from 12 countries worked on developing their skills in public speaking, teamwork, leadership, and tried their hand at various forms of art.
✅🎉As a result of the training, the participants successfully organized a public performance in the center of Vienna, Austria 🇦🇹, titled “War causes water shortage, water shortage causes war.” This performance highlighted the impact of wars on the environment, particularly the water disasters in Ukraine🇺🇦, the Gaza Strip, and other regions of the world. Through a “silent protest,” they drew the attention of ordinary passers-by in Vienna to issues they might not have considered before.

Students from European countries
On November 11th, 43 graduate/undergraduate students and young professionals participating in MIRAI 2024/2025 (“Diplomacy/National Security”, “Economy/Business” and “Environment/Green” group) held a final reporting session of the visiting Japan Program at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs Mr. FUKAZAWA Yoichi participated in the session as a representative of the Ministry.
At his welcome speech, Mr. Fukazawa stated that, as the international community is at a turning point in history and the future of the world is becoming increasingly uncertain, it is important to cooperate and coordinate beyond the frameworks of countries and regions. He also expressed his expectation that each participant plays an active role as a bridge between Japan and Europe in the future.
Mr. Fukazawa and MIRAI participants also exchanged views based upon what the participants had learned during the program.
Maria the interesting experience, visiting two educational places such as Hitotsubashi University and the middle school in Japan! The university is so gorgeous and has an energetic that gives you a power of knowledge. And about the school, while watching anime and reading manga, I was very fascinated by the school atmosphere, and after I saw it in real life, I realized that everything was copied from real life: these desks, corridors, and gymnasium. And the reaction of the children themselves is beyond words! So many lively emotions and joy in their eyes. I am incredibly happy that I was able to realize my dream.

Each of these experiences helped me grow both personally and professionally. February 26, 2024 - July 25, 2024, Viktoriia Demydiuk, 2nd-year student, group UL-21, Logistics program, University of Ecology and Management in Warsaw, under the Erasmus+ program
Through the Erasmus+ program, I had a wonderful opportunity to study at the University of Ecology and Management in Warsaw, Poland. It was an incredible experience that not only helped me expand my knowledge in management and logistics but also gave me great friends with whom I still keep in touch. Shared classes, various events, and trips brought us together and created memories that will stay with me forever. For me, Erasmus+ became more than just an academic project; it was an opportunity to find people who have become an important part of my life.

October 20-29, 2024
Wrocław
Excursions, historical workshops, a visit to Wrocław University of Science and Technology, and the University of Wrocław
Participants from Moldova and Ukraine
The program’s goal is to create opportunities for people from different countries to meet and get to know each other. In this way, STP aims to build and develop relationships in our part of Europe. The guiding principle in this process is the people, institutions, and organizations from Poland who share their success stories and challenges with the participants.
As noted by the program participant, FMM student Mariia, STP is not only about gaining new experiences but also about sharing one’s own. Spending leisure time with other participants, organizers, and volunteers provides an opportunity to get to know peers from neighboring countries better and make new friends.
July 14-27, 2024, ANNA RYBITSKA, group UV-31, Management and Business Administration program, participated in the On-site English Course at Gdańsk University of Technology
This summer, from July 14 to July 27, I had the honor of participating in the On-site English course at Gdańsk University of Technology. 🏬
It was a super cool experience! 🥰
Together with twenty other girls from KPI, we attended English classes, participated in discussions on various topics, and completed numerous interactive tasks.
In addition to our studies, we went on several excursions organized by Gdańsk University of Technology: to the Gdańsk Shipyard (Stocznia Gdańska) and Malbork Castle. We were amazed by the history and scale of these places. ✨
We also had a great time outside of class: we walked through the city center, went to the seaside, visited museums, and took lots of pictures 📸
Thanks to this trip to Gdańsk, I made new friends, visited a wonderful city, and had unforgettable experiences.😍 I am happy that I got this opportunity from my university and will definitely participate in more programs 🫶
March 18, 2024 - April 31, 2024, OLEKSANDR PLOTNIKOV, DILLUGIS 2024, Netherlands
Participation of students from the Department of Enterprise Management at KPI in the international project DILLUGIS 2024
From March 18 to July 31, 2024, Oleksandr Plotnikov, a student from the Department of Enterprise Management (UV-32, Management and Business Administration program) at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, participated in the international project DILLUGIS 2024, funded by the DAAD program. Within the project, students took courses at the East Bavarian University of Applied Sciences Amberg-Weiden, specifically “Product Management” and “Business Simulation.”
In the “Product Management” course, KPI students, together with colleagues from other Ukrainian universities, developed an innovative project for a mobile application for storing medical information, designed to help international students with medical support in a new country. The project received high praise from the lecturers of the East Bavarian Technical University and international students.
During the “Business Simulation” course, students participated in an interactive business game that involved developing a startup concept and growing it in a competitive environment.
Participation in the DILLUGIS 2024 project was an important step in the students’ professional development, providing them with new knowledge, practical skills, and experience in international collaboration.
2024, VIKTORIIA HERIEIEVA, Youth Line and Foundation for Regional Initiatives (FRI), Netherlands
✅🎉🇺🇦Viktoriia Herieieva, a student of the Management and Business Administration program (group UV-21, FMM), attended the international youth exchange “How nutrition affects our health and culture,” which took place in the picturesque town of Eastermar, Netherlands, from March 5-11, 2024.
‼️It was an exciting and unique journey, as it was Viktoriia’s first time flying on a plane✈️. She also saw Warsaw and Amsterdam during her travels, met like-minded people from 4️⃣ other countries, and had the chance to taste national dishes and immerse herself in the local culture.
▶️The project was jointly organized by NGOs: the host organization Youth Line and, in Ukraine, the Foundation for Regional Initiatives (FRI) and others. It was thanks to her membership in FRI that Viktoriia was able to participate in the exchange, as she has been involved in public activities, particularly in the international sphere, for several years.
July 7, 2023 to July 17, 2023, SERHIEIEVA D. O., HOMOL D. V., HAINKO Y. V., VYNIARSKA V. V., Erasmus+ Youth Exchange 'Youth for change' (KA150-YOU), Hungary
I participated in this program last July in Diósjenő—a small town 2 hours from Budapest. Over those 10 days, I had a ton of emotions and a very positive experience!!) The program was designed to include both personal development and self-reflection, as well as teamwork skills. We learned various tools for organizing events and volunteering, applied these skills in practice, and at the end of our stay, we organized our own event for the Town Day! Besides the main task of creating a celebration for children, we also did other activities during the trip: we organized an outdoor hike, formed teams and completed assigned tasks, shared our own experiences and knowledge, and communicated with foreigners, which greatly developed our soft skills. After this program, I became more confident in my abilities, learned to structure tasks, and realized that nothing is impossible if you really want it!))
The program also included a cultural exchange: in addition to my team from Ukraine, I met very interesting people from Hungary, Romania, and Spain. I recall these meetings warmly to this day, as I still keep in touch with several people🤗🤗. The cultural exchange involved presenting our own country, so we not only learned about the unique aspects of other participants’ homelands but also shared about Ukraine, including teaching them how to celebrate Ivana Kupala Day:)
I absolutely loved this experience and would love to do it again myself!)
March 16 - June 30, 2023, & September 30 - October 7, 2023, SERHIEIEVA D., DILLUGIS2023 (Digital Labs & Lectures for Ukrainian, German & International Students), DAAD ('Ukraine digital: Ensuring academic success in times of crisis')
I participated in the DILLUGIS project for two semesters. The first time, I chose Industrial Engineering and German language studies from the list of available programs. The courses were held online, which allowed me to study with students from universities in other countries!) The first program included lectures in English, additional informational materials, and practical assignments to reinforce the topics covered. In this course, I was able to deepen my understanding of Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0, study methods for optimizing production processes and lean manufacturing in more detail, and delve into the essence of Quality Management. During the classes, I had the opportunity to ask additional questions and noted the high competence of the lecturers. We also had the chance to present on a chosen topic in the course, which further enhanced our communication skills🤗
As for German, the classes were more interactive: we learned by completing tasks and listening to audio, as well as through direct real-life communication. The instructor provided a lot of interesting information and excellent tips for better understanding. I want to highlight how enjoyable the classes were and how beneficial this course was!
In the second semester, I chose a course on startup project management. In it, we studied truly relevant theory that structured all the components of organizing one’s own startup! We learned about successful and not-so-successful case studies, watched useful videos, learned how to calculate key indicators to justify decisions, and explored the specifics of implementing startups in different countries. I was able to apply this knowledge directly in practice—at the end of the course, teams presented their own ideas for future startup projects❤️. This course was held in a hybrid format, but I really appreciated the instructors’ ability to unite and engage both the offline and online audiences!🤗🤗

04.08.2019-04.16.2019, MELNYK A., Council Meeting Tampere ESTIEM, Finland
I have long dreamed of visiting Scandinavian countries. As they say, dreams do come true.
In the winter, I applied to the Council Meeting of the European student organization ESTIEM, which, fortunately, is also in KPI. Therefore, this same spring I was already in Finland (in the city of Tampere) at this event as a delegate from the Kyiv Local Group (Kyiv part of ESTIEM).
Its essence was to coordinate the activities of ESTIEM. During the week at the event, I, along with other 250 European students, attended the General Assemblies: reports from the leaders of various projects, applications for leadership positions in the organization, proposals for changes and voting on them.
In addition, there was an opportunity to participate in various trainings (from Big Data analysis to targeted PR). I chose the “Inner Warrior” in which trainers from ESTIEM talked about the fact that there are reasons for all people’s actions, and analyzed together various negative stories from life and how it could be changed, based on the reasons for such behavior of people in this situation.
Perhaps the most intriguing were the evening activities. It’s cool after a hard day to just relax in a hot tub outside in the snow and then climb into the icy water (never thought I’d dare). Another tradition is “sitsit”, which somewhat resembles our Ukrainian wedding: toasts, traditional songs, dances.
I will remember this event with the most sincere emotions for many years to come.
And I hope that ESTIEM will bring me to Finland more than once.
2019, BUKRYEVA K., Erasmus+ at the University of Groningen (Netherlands)
Kateryna Bukreeva, a student of the faculty of management and marketing, is studying in the 6th year of the KPI master’s degree and at the same time under the Erasmus+ credit academic mobility program at the University of Groningen (Netherlands).
The university itself is incredible! The main building, of course, looks a bit like Hogwarts. But the educational buildings are modern – like in the movies. Everything is here for students: sofas, tables, computers, beautiful classrooms equipped with computers and projectors are everywhere. And the training has already begun: lectures, presentations, assignments. Unusual and interesting!
2019, BROZHKO O., Erasmus+ Friedrich Schiller Univesity (FSU) Jena (Germany)
Lectures by professors with professional and international teaching experience, working in an international group (students from more than 50 countries of the world), learning German from a native speaker, the possibility of playing sports in more than 300 courses, free travel on all public transport in the world, life in the “green the heart of Germany” – that’s what awaits you here.
If you would like to try to live in the richest EU country, start learning or improve your knowledge of the second language most common in Europe, get to know German culture and traditions, then Jena is a great choice for you. Jena University named after Friedrich Schiller has the ability to implement everything planned.
I am very happy that I got to study at the University of Jena. This is an incredible experience and impressions that will definitely be useful to me in the future.
2016-2018, ARTEMENKO O., Jena Schiller University (Germany)
Olga Artemenko (FMM, master’s degree, 2016-2018) studied at Schiller University of Jena (Germany) for a semester in parallel with obtaining a master’s degree at KPI.
2018, ANDRIYCHUK M., Strategic Relationship Marketing at George Brown College, Toronto (Canada)
Mykhailo Andriychuk, received a bachelor’s degree from FMM in 2018, is currently studying Strategic Relationship Marketing at George Brown College in Toronto (Canada).
2018, E. KULIK, Humber College, Toronto (Canada)
2018, GORELOV D., Vistula University in Warsaw (Poland).
Dmytro Gorelov, received a bachelor’s degree from FMM in 2018, is currently studying for a master’s degree at the University of Vistula in Warsaw (Poland).
2018, SEMENCHENKO M., Humboldt University of Berlin
Mariya Semenenko, received a bachelor’s degree from FMM in 2018, is currently studying for a master’s degree
at Humboldt University in Berlin (Humboldt University of Berlin) in the Business program administration (M.Sc. Business Administration). The program provides opportunities for specialization in areas such as Entrepreneurship, Financial Economics, Accounting, Marketing, Management, Information Systems, Operations Research, etc. Maria really likes the opportunity to completely choose subjects and try herself in different directions during her studies. Studying in Germany involves a high level of independence and self-organization. According to Maria, this creates space for creativity and provides a good chance to improve your willpower. The student notes that they spend much more time in the library at the university than they usually spend at work, and during exams the search for a free workplace turns into a 30-minute quest.
“Without exaggeration, people from all over the world study at our university. Such a multinational atmosphere allows you to learn much more about cultural differences and certainly enriches your outlook. Teaching is usually conducted in English, although there are some subjects that are taught only in German. It must be noted that living in Berlin is a special and unforgettable experience. A truly youthful city fills every day free from studies with interesting activities and events.”

21.10.18 - 27.10.18, FEDOROVA YULIA, BRAIN TRAINER
2015 - 2016., BUZYNNYK O., Middle East Technical University (Ankara, Turkey).
I like to combine the useful with the pleasant. It was this guideline that guided me during my studies at METU (Middle East Technical University, Ankara), where I happily combined studies (the purpose of my trip), traveling and meeting new Erasmus friends who became my international “family”.
Oksana is currently pursuing a master’s degree (Master of Science in Business Analytics) at BI Norwegian Business School (Oslo, Norway).
