RESULTS OF EDUCATION

During their studies, students of the Department of Business Management determine their development trajectory, subjects and fields that interest them and in which they would like to deepen and expand their knowledge. Students participate in scientific research of the department, create their own research projects, the best of which are awarded.

2022 year

In May 2022, on the basis of the Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas, the II round of the International Competition of Student Research Papers “Management, Social and Behavioral Sciences in the Implementation of the Principles of Sustainable Development” was held. A fourth-year student – Tetiana Volodymyrivna Zahorulko (scientific director of science of economics, associate professor L.P. Artemenko) received a diploma of the third degree.

In February 2022, the 2nd round of the All-Ukrainian competition for diploma theses in the specialty “Management” was held on the basis of the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design in the specializations “Management of business structures” and “Personnel management”. In the competition, students of the Department of Enterprise Management received the following results:

– II degree diploma of the All-Ukrainian thesis competition in 2021/2022. in the specialty “Management” with a specialization in “Personnel Management” (on the basis of the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design) – Maryna Igorivna Nechitaylo, received a diploma for her master’s thesis on the topic: “Formation of the mechanism of the motivation system of the company’s personnel”, (scientific supervisor d. E.Sc., Zhanna Mykhaylivna Zhigalkevich, professor of the department);

– II degree diploma of the All-Ukrainian thesis competition in 2021/2022. in the specialty “Management” specializing in “Management of business structures” (on the basis of the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design) – Anton Vyacheslavovych Mazurov, received a diploma for his master’s thesis on the topic: “Creating an Experience-centric network on the bases of a manufacturing enterprise “, (scientific supervisor, Doctor of Economics, Zhanna Mykhaylivna Zhigalkevich department professor);

– III degree diploma of the All-Ukrainian thesis competition in 2021/2022. from the specialty “Management” with the specialization “Personnel Management” (on the basis of the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design) – Linyva Iryna Serhiyivna, received a diploma for her bachelor’s thesis on the topic: “Optimization of corporate culture at the enterprise”, (supervisor of Doctor of Economics, associate professor of the department Yulia Petrivna Vorzhakova);

– III degree diploma of the All-Ukrainian thesis competition in 2021/2022. from the specialty “Management” specializing in “Management of business structures” (on the basis of the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design) – Kozachenko Kateryna, received a diploma for the bachelor’s thesis on the topic: “Investment project for the introduction of a new product at the enterprise”, (scientific Zhanna Mykhaylivna Zhigalkevich, head of the Department of Economic Sciences, professor of the department).

2021 year
  • Diploma of the III degree of the All-Ukrainian competition of student scientific works in the specialty “Management of organizations” in 2020/2021. (on the basis of Odesa National University of Economics) – Tetyana Volodymyrivna Vasyltsova (scientific director of economics, associate professor K.O. Kopishinska). The scientific work on the topic: “Technological development of the enterprise’s production” is devoted to the improvement of scientific and methodological provisions and the development of practical recommendations regarding the technological development of production of JSC “Pharmak. 
  • Diploma of the III degree of the All-Ukrainian competition of student scientific works in the specialty “Management of investment and innovation activities” in 2020/2021. (on the basis of the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design) – Kateryna Andriivna Kanifolska (scientific supervisor – Doctor of Economics, Professor K.O. Boyarynova). The scientific work on the topic: “Investment projects of industrial and technological engineering of enterprise innovation” is devoted to the development of theoretical aspects, substantiation of methodological provisions and the development of practical recommendations for the implementation of investment projects of enterprise innovation on the basis of industrial and technological engineering.
  • Diploma of the III degree of the All-Ukrainian competition of student scientific works in the specialty “Transport systems. Logistics” in 2020/2021. (on the basis of Kharkiv National University of Urban Economy named after O.M. Beketov) – Anzhelika Olehivna Pavlenko (supervisor – Doctor of Economics, Professor S.V. Smerichevska). The scientific work on the topic: “Improving the system of risk management in the logistics activity of the enterprise” is devoted to the study of theoretical provisions and the formation of practical recommendations regarding the justification and improvement of risk management in the logistics activity of the enterprise. 
  • Diploma of the III degree of the International Competition of Student Research Papers in the specialty “Management” (on the basis of Mykhailo Ostrogradsky Kremenchug National University) – Feoktistova Nataliya Olehivna (scientific supervisor – Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor M.V. Shkrobot). The scientific work on the topic: “Improving the recycling system at the enterprise” is devoted to the improvement of scientific and methodological provisions and the development of practical recommendations for the formation of an effective public-private partnership with the development of an eco-project for PJSC “Obolon”.

According to the results of the competition of research works within the project “Synergy of knowledge, experience and creativity for the sake of the future” in May-June 2021, the works prepared by students of the Department of Enterprise Management under the guidance of the scientific and pedagogical staff of the department received prizes:

  • – 3rd year students: I. V. Govoroshchuk, V. V. Lagodienko (supervisor Alla Rashidivna Dunska) – work on the topic: “Policies of “economic breakthrough”: global experience”;
  • – 1st year masters: Yu. V. Berezhniy, O. O. Bailo, M. O. Tyukh, O. O. Danylchuk, D. O. Derkach (supervisor – Zhanna Mykhaylivna Zhigalkevich) – work on the topic: “Industrial policies of highly developed countries in periods of high rates of industrialization: goals, mechanisms, tools and results”;
  • – 2nd year masters: V. V. Prudkiy, V. O. Tarumovy, I. V. Merkulov, D. O. Yarova, D. O. Starygin (supervisor – Marina Olehivna Kravchenko) – work on the topic: “Forecast of world development trends for the long term”.
2020 year
  • Diploma of the 1st degree of the All-Ukrainian competition of student scientific works in the specialty “Organization Management” in 2019/2020. (on the basis of Vadym Hetman Kyiv National University of Economics) – Salabai Vladyslav Oleksandrovych (scientific supervisor: Doctor of Economics, associate professor O.M. Savytska). The scientific work on the topic: “Improving the organizational and economic mechanism for ensuring the effectiveness of Kyivstar PJSC in the context of the formation and implementation of the SMART-money B2B project is devoted to the study of the practical and theoretical foundations of improving the organizational and economic mechanism for ensuring the effective operation of Kyivstar PJSC in in the context of the formation and implementation of the SMART-money B2B project.
  • Diploma of the 1st degree of the All-Ukrainian competition of student scientific works in the specialty “Management of foreign economic activity” in 2019/2020. (on the basis of Lviv Polytechnic National University) – Kristina Sergiyivna Bushylo (scientific supervisor: Doctor of Economics, associate professor G.P. Zhaldak). The scientific work on the topic: “Investment attraction for the activation of foreign economic activity of the enterprise” is devoted to the study of conceptual provisions regarding the attraction of investments to the enterprise and based on the use of financial and economic tools and the application of appropriate organizational and economic support, it is proposed to develop a project to modernize equipment in order to activate the foreign economic activity of Testright LLC “.
  • Diploma of the II degree in the specialty “Organization Management” of the All-Ukrainian competition of student scientific works in the fields of knowledge and specialties in 2019/2020. (on the basis of Kyiv Vadym Hetman Kyiv National University of Economics) – Kateryna Hennadiivna Melnyk (scientific supervisor, Doctor of Economics, assistant to Yu.P. Vorzhakova).
  • Diploma of the II degree in the specialty “Management of investment and innovation activity” of the All-Ukrainian competition of student scientific works in the fields of knowledge and specialties in 2019/2020. (on the basis of the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design”) – Vitaly Volodymyrovych Prudky (scientific supervisor, Doctor of Economics, Prof. M.O. Kravchenko).
2019 year
  • Diploma of the III degree of the All-Ukrainian competition of student scientific works in the specialty “Organization Management” in 2018-2019. (on the basis of Vadim Hetman Kyiv National University of Economics) – Maria Ivanivna Haftunyak. The scientific work on the topic: “Increasing the financial stability of the enterprise based on the improvement of information and analytical support for controlling and budgeting (on the example of PJSC “Myronivskyi Hliboprodukt”)” is devoted to the justification of directions for ensuring the financial stability of the enterprise based on the improvement of information and analytical support for controlling and budgeting.
  • Diploma of the III degree of the International competition of student scientific works in the field of knowledge 07 “Management and administration” and specialty 076 “Entrepreneurship, trade and stock market activity” (on the basis of Mykhailo Ostrogradsky National University of Kremenchug) – Yana Vitalyivna Omelchenko and Elena Kostyantynivna Kandiba. The scientific work on the topic: “Development of entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine on the basis of the formation of transport and logistics clusters” is devoted to the justification of measures for the development of entrepreneurship in Ukraine on the basis of the development of a transport and logistics cluster.
2018 year
  • Diploma of the II degree of the All-Ukrainian competition of student scientific works in the specialty “Logistics” in 2017-2018. (on the basis of O.M. Beketov Kharkiv National University of Urban Economy) – Yelizaveta Serhiyivna Horiaistova. The scientific work on the topic “Increasing the competitiveness of imported products on the Ukrainian market by optimizing the logistics processes of the enterprise (using the example of Taiten Machinery Ukraine LLC)” is devoted to increasing the competitiveness of imported products by optimizing the logistics processes of the enterprise.
  • Diploma of the III degree specialization “Organization Management” of the All-Ukrainian competition of student scientific papers in the fields of knowledge and specialties in 2017/2018. (on the basis of the Vadym Hetman Kyiv National University of Economics) – Y.V. Omelchenko. (scientific supervisor, Ph.D., associate professor S.O. Perminova).
2017 year
  • Diploma of the 1st degree of the “Management ZED” section of the All-Ukrainian competition of student scientific works in the specialty “Management” in 2016-2017. (on the basis of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University) – O. Golovata The scientific work on the topic “Increasing the efficiency of the enterprise’s foreign economic activity” (on the example of PJSC “Farmak”) is devoted to increasing the efficiency of the pharmaceutical enterprise (scientific supervisor, Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor I.Ya. Golyuk)
