Within this educational and scientific program, highly qualified management professionals are trained and integrated into the European and global scientific and educational space. The high success rate of the program is confirmed by a nearly 100% dissertation defense rate.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-white-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-background-color has-text-color has-background\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-background-color has-text-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>From 2011 to 2025, the Department of Enterprise Management (until July 1, 2021 at the Department of Management) prepared and successfully defended:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>5 dissertations<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 for obtaining the scientific degree of Doctor of Economic Sciences;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>22 dissertations<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 for obtaining the scientific degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>5 dissertation<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 for obtaining the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex leading scholars from the Department of Enterprise Management, including: Doctors of Economic Sciences, professors, Candidates of Economic Sciences, and associate Twelve of them are state-funded. Four individuals are pursuing their Doctor of Philosophy degree on a contractual basis.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-white-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-background-color has-text-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>Applicants of the III (educational and scientific) level of higher education<\/strong>&nbsp;have the opportunity to form an individual educational trajectory (which is regulated by the provisions of the Igor Sikorskyi KPI: on the realization of the right to free choice of academic disciplines by applicants of higher education (&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/osvita.kpi.ua\/node\/185\">https:\/\/osvita.kpi.ua\/node\/ 185<\/a>&nbsp;), on the individual study plan of the student (&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/osvita.kpi.ua\/node\/117\">https:\/\/osvita.kpi.ua\/node\/117<\/a>&nbsp;), the procedure for drawing up the individual study plan of students participating in students<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>of the department of enterprise management take an active part in lectures, webinars, intensives and trainings for the development of soft skills.&nbsp;Within the framework of the development strategy of KPI named after&nbsp;Igor Sikorskyi and deepening the internationalization of the university, graduate students of the department have the opportunity to undergo international internships and join the international academic community: participation in international projects, scientific seminars and lectures on entrepreneurship, the opportunity to results of study<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/JD4Em1iw0GM\"><\/a><\/strong>university and the faculty of management and marketing.&nbsp;Postgraduate students have the opportunity to use computer classes equipped with modern multimedia and software tools.&nbsp;In order to ensure the needs and interests of applicants of the III level of higher education, the department provides access to educational and methodological support, to information resources of the university and international scientometric databases, in particular SCOPUS, Web of Science, UNdata, etc.&nbsp;Postgraduate students have access to the &#8220;YouControl&#8221; information and analytical system for searching and processing analytical information within the scope of scientific research.&nbsp;In addition, applicants have access to the electronic archive of scientific and educational materials of information resources with open access, the electronic catalog of NTB named
